Students who cancel their purchase before the second lesson is released will receive a full refund of their deposit, and the second and third scheduled payments will be canceled. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
This Release and Waiver of Liability (the “Release”) executed today by the Participant and in favor of Squash Hollow Farm, LLC, their members, managers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Squash Hollow Farm”). The Participant desires to enroll in a class instructed by Squash Hollow Farm and engage in the activities related to being a Participant. The Participant hereby freely, voluntarily, and without duress executes this Release under the following terms: Release and Waiver. Participant does hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Squash Hollow Farm and its successors and assignees from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Participant’s activities with Squash Hollow Farm. Participant understands that this Release discharges Squash Hollow Farm from any liability or claim that the Participant may have against Squash Hollow Farm with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from Participant’s activities with Squash Hollow Farm, whether caused by the negligence of Squash Hollow Farm or its officers, directors, employees, or agents or otherwise. Participant also understands that Squash Hollow Farm does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability insurance in the event of injury or illness. It is the policy of Squash Hollow Farm that the minimum age to participate is age 18. Assumption of Risk. Participant understands that the activities include aspects that may be hazardous (that is, that can cause serious physical injury or death) to the Participant, including, but not limited to, working with sharp tools, animals and animal carcasses, spending time alone in the wilderness, using tree stands, and firearms. Participant agrees to enroll with full knowledge of the dangers involved and the potential injuries which may occur. Participant hereby expressly and specifically assumes the risk of injury or harm in the activities and releases Squash Hollow Farm from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the activities and/or Participant’s negligence. Participant also agrees to indemnify Squash Hollow Farm for any intentional or unintentional injury they cause to any other individual, at any time, during or in connection with the activities performed at Squash Hollow Farm. Miscellaneous Provisions. Participant expressly agrees that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Connecticut, and that this Release shall by governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Participant agrees that if there is any dispute with Squash Hollow Farm, it will be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Connecticut, based upon the rules of the American Arbitration Association and Connecticut law. Participant agrees that in the event that any clause or provision of this Release shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release which shall continue to be enforceable.   By purchasing this course, in witness whereof, participant is agreeing to the terms of this release as of the day and year of purchase.
The Participant acknowledges this is a coaching program. Participant is responsible for all their own business decisions. This program is designed to create a place for the participant to receive encouragement and networking possibilities. Squash Hollow Farm LLC is not responsible for any of the participants decisions regarding their own business or finances. By purchasing this course Participant hereby expressly and specifically assumes the risk of their own business decisions and releases Squash Hollow Farm from all liability.

Each Webinar is a recorded event. Recordings will be saved and repurposed by Squash Hollow Farm LLC, for educational and commercial purposes. Participant agreeing to the terms and conditions allow the use of their voice recordings and first name in any webinars, for educational and commercial purposes, without receiving compensation.
